Ray Schaffer

President/ CEO

Ray Schaffer is the President/CEO of Corporate Results Inc. (CRI), where he is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the company and its subsidiaries. His role includes supporting multiple clients in various CXO roles as he serves as a trusted advisor and problem solver. He has a wide variety of experience working with CXO’s (CEOs, CFOs COO’s and CIOs) in planning and executing mission critical business strategies, developing infrastructures, re-engineering operational improvements and designing and implementing organizational change initiatives.

With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Mr. Schaffer has done the planning and implementation of infrastructure for more than two dozen companies ranging in size from very small to large corporations. While assisting them with growth and development activities that resulted in expansion periods of greater than 1000%, he has helped these companies maintain profitability performance in multiple market cycles and has established an impeccable reputation within the government audit circles. The systems implemented by Mr. Schaffer have withstood scrutiny by numerous organization including audit and regulatory agencies.

Prior to his position at CRI, Mr. Schaffer was the Chief Financial Officer of Lloyd Lamont Design. During his tenure there, Mr. Schaffer developed and implemented a comprehensive infrastructure system establishing audited systems with accepted and approved internal controls. He developed the company indirect architecture and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of corporate headquarters while establishing profitability profiles and corporate metrics to promote profitable and steady growth resulting in than 100% year over year growth for more than 7 years. He led multiple M&A activities and was integral in identifying potential candidates ensuring alignment to corporate strategic strategy.
