Senior Systems Consultant

Leslie TerHaar has over 20 years of experience in system implementations and management. Leslie was an integral part of the L3 Harris team providing over 15 years of Deltek system support for Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and Cognos to the overall company. Services provided included functional and technical support, migrations, and integrations, and using SQL Server SSMA Stored Procedures and Queries to create interfaces with other 3rd party software tools (Concur, Ariba, and MDG to name a few).  Leslie has continued to increase her role and responsibility throughout her career. Leslie rose to become the Sr. Manager of the L3Harris “Deltek Center of Excellence”, supporting over 40 divisions on 17 unique instances of Costpoint/T&E/Cognos. 

Prior work experience includes holding various management positions, database administration, COBOL programming, and using embedded SQL to support Armstrong Wood Products in Dallas, Texas. Leslie also supported Building Plastics, Inc. in a management role overseeing warehouse operations. Leslie received her BS in Business Administration and Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas.  Leslie enjoys using her skills assisting companies and user communities to streamline their work and utilize the full potential of Costpoint.
